We¡¯re all facing uncertainty right now as our lives, work and school adjust to a new normal. With this comes differing levels of anxiety and stress. During this five-week course led by Sara Ivanhoe, we will take the tools of yoga, breathwork and meditation to navigate this time together.
Sara Elizabeth Ivanhoe, M.A. is the Founding Director of YogaUSC, a cross-departmental program at the University of Southern California, and a Lecturer in USC¡¯s Mind Body department teaching Sleep for Peak Performance. She is beginning her doctoral work at the Graduate Theological Union, where she will study to earn a PhD in Yoga Philosophy.
