    Since 2009, we have marked Women¡¯s History Month every year with our USC Women¡¯s Conference, which has brought together thousands of USC alumnae, faculty, staff, students, parents and friends for a day of inspiration and empowerment on the USC campus. Beginning this year, we are moving the conference around the country in order to engage the Trojan Family in key cities.     Calling all book lovers! The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books is returning to USC on April 13-14 and needs volunteers. Sign up to welcome attendees, assist with registration, staff author events, supervise book signings and more at one of the world¡¯s largest literary events.

    Caryn Lerman MA ¡¯83, PhD ¡¯84 has been named the director of the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.

    Emmanuel Martinez ¡¯MA ¡¯14 has won the 2019 Selden Ring Award for Investigative Reporting for the multi-part series ¡°Kept Out,¡± which uncovered widespread discrimination in home lending throughout the United States.

    Corinne Verdery BArch ¡¯93 will receive the 2019 Distinguished Alumni Award at the 60th Annual Architectural Guild Dinner.
