Tidings from Troy

Dear Fellow Trojans,

Mark your calendars, set your clocks and program your phones—tomorrow, May 4th, marks the launch of what we hope will become a new annual tradition: the first-ever USC Day of SCupport. Over the next 24 hours, all USC alumni, parents, and friends—especially those who have never donated to USC—will have an opportunity to join the Trojan Family tradition of giving and make a gift of any size to any USC school, program or initiative.

It¡¯s a fast and easy way to contribute to ¡®SC, keep our alma mater as the Pac-12 leader in undergraduate alumni giving, and make an impact on something or someone who inspires you, like a specific area of research or study; a scholarship fund for students; your favorite USC athletic team; or USC¡¯s outreach efforts to our neighboring communities. Whether you¡¯re a longtime contributor or a first-time donor, we hope you¡¯ll participate in this Trojan Family initiative tomorrow—and continue to give back to our alma mater, which has given us so much.

And then next week, we will celebrate one of the university¡¯s most revered traditions when we welcome our newest alumni, the Class of 2016, at USC¡¯s 133rd Commencement on May 13.  More...
