| Making Reading More Relevant to Homeless Students To inspire questions and pique curiosity among homeless students, USC Dornsife alum Dan Johnson ¡¯08 created The Skid Row Reader, a collection of essays, short stories and articles on Los Angeles, homelessness, history and other topics that speak to their experiences.

James Ivory MA ¡¯57 won the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay for Call Me by Your Name at the 90th Annual Academy Awards—and became the oldest Oscar winner in Academy history.
Oscar Munoz ¡¯83, CEO of United Airlines, has been elected to the USC Board of Trustees.
Sharon L. Walker ¡¯88 has been named the first female dean of engineering at Drexel University. |
