[1] Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data reliability and timely closing with accuracy through early FMS stabilization, B/S account reconciliation and breakdown.
- Minimization of exposures and risk related with internal/external or tax audit through proper reconciliation and pro-active preparation for legal issues
Improvement of profitability through SG&A control, fixed assets control & inventory management
- Business control through Finance and Accounting Manuals and Policies & Procedures. (Business Environment , Knowledge Management, Rules of Authority Delegation, Purchasing Policies, Inventory Control Manual, AR & PR Process, Account Payable Policy, Finance Management System User Manuals)
- Development of Financial Controller’s Shop as effective and efficient organization to fit the organization quickly into the new process and team management through scorecard based on MBO.
- Preparation of Initiating internal audit from FY01 to enhance the integrity of the employees and to evaluate business performance and compliance of policies & procedures.

[2] Qualifications:
- University degree(외국학위수여자,MBA 우대)
- Knowledge of finance
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in finance department in the consumer company, Analyst experiences in multinational companies are preferred.
- English Speaking required. (영어능통자에 한함)
- Account payable, planning 경험 선호
- Experience with multi-national brands is a bonus.
- AICPA,KICPA, JD preferred.

[3] Examination Process
1. 1st Examination: screening of applications
2. 2nd Examination: interview (for applicants who pass the 1st examination)
3. The applicants who pass the 1st examination will be informed of the date and place for the interview through a phone-call.
