Job Qualification

General
Over 3 years experiences in IT operation area, specialized in System and NW administration.
Comprehensive understanding and experience in IT service management based on ITIL standards
Strong academic background and practical IT knowledge. BS in Computer Science is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English, including development and delivery of management presentation in English.
Ability to continuously drive for results with effective change management and conflict management
Able to work under pressure.
Highly self-motivated attitude

Technical
Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting capability for Systems and Networks such as; Windows 2000/2003 servers with Active Directory
Network devices (Firewall/VPN/Router)
Intrusion / virus related knowledge
Basic Information Security related knowledge

Planning
Planning capability for Architecture design with structured manner
Ability to justify cost spending in area of responsibility by providing tangible or intangible benefits
Ability to generate necessary document in English with professional manner
