(Business Portfolio 재조정 및 Governance Structure 수립)
- 각 Fucntion(마케팅, 재무,인사/조직 등)별 전략/Action Plan 개발 등
- Associate: 프로젝트 모듈 리더로 Junior를 리드, 각 모듈별 산출물 개발
- Project Leader: 각 프로젝트 모듈을 coordination, 전체 프로젝트 산출물
개발 및 대고객 communication에 대한 총괄 책임.

[3] Requirements
* Associate:
- 경력 5-7년, MBA 소지자의 경우 3-5년
- 전략 컨설팅 유경험자 우대
- Problem Solving 능력 要

* Project Leader:
- 경력 7년 이상
- Project Leader 및 전략 컨설팅 프로젝트 수행 경험 要

* 공통사항
- TOP Tier MBA 선호
- 기업체 전략기획담당 및 전략컨설팅펌 출신 선호
- Excellent communication skill & trouble-shooting skill

1. 1st Examination: screening of applications
2. 2nd Examination: interview (for applicants who pass the 1st examination)
