Korean-American Service Manager/Coordinator

Position Duties / Responsibilities:
• Manage Helio's Korean Language WAP data services • Assist with building quality service for Korean American customers • Source wireless data content and applications that cater to the Korean American target demographic • Build strategy for KA market service roadmap and find out demands of Korean American target demographic • Build service requirement documents • Formulate ideas/Plan for promotions of contents to maintain customer interests and how to increase download numbers • Supporting service planning process that involves service concept research, feasibility study, vendor management, internal coordination • Conducting new service and competitors research • Work with different service operators to organize, plan, manage, and develop services and ensure that they are delivered and launched in the given time frame • Ensure that contents and applications are of quality development and are without issue to the customer
Key Relationships: • Communicate and support KA service director and managers to build KA WAP service • Manage and communicate with service operation outsourcing companies • Communicate Korean content providers in Korea and in US • Work with service management, system development, and technical teams • Work with various internal service managers of mobile content
Skills / Experience: The qualified candidate should have significant experience in the following areas:
• Fluency in Korean and English • At least 2 years Service/Product management experience in developing wireless services and applications • Strong understanding of general mobile entertainment and content market, including trends and content providers • Strong understanding of Korean American's entertainment (music, movies, etc) and content market including trends • Strong technical understanding of service delivery platforms and billing systems • Carrier experience in product managing wireless data services and applications • Strong wireless data expertise

• Creative and innovative • Hard working and well organized • Outstanding negotiation and collaboration skills and able to work across different organizational and international boundaries • Outstanding knowledge of mobile entertainment industry • Overall solid verbal and written communication skills for managing operation work-flow • Outstanding project management and schedule management skills • Experience working in culturally diverse environments.
Education: Education: Bachelor's degree or above
