[1] Job Description
  -Develop and maintain relationships with key academic and administrative representatives to enhance company's presence at each university
-Establish and execute recruiting strategies based on the expertise you've acquired at your assigned schools
-Oversee your region's external recruiting activities based on deep knowledge of hiring needs and long-term goals
-Set clear, measurable objectives and implement systems and processes to track and report results of our programs
-Work with and enlist support from groups outside of University Programs in order to strengthen campus marketing and recruiting efforts

[2] Requirements
-BA/BS degree
-Knowledge of the academic cycle and campus recruiting procedures and practices
-Experience in program/event management, recruiting, HR or a related area
-Proven ability to work with multiple groups, including remote teams
-Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
-Experience managing teams of five or more people
-Proven track record in building relationships and developing and following through on strategies
-Fluent in Korean and English.

1. 1st Examination: screening of applications
2. 2nd Examination: interview (for applicants who pass the 1st examination)
3. The applicants who pass the 1st examination will be informed of the date and place for the interview through a phone-call.
