Title: Jr. Associate or Associate (Korean Title: Gwajang or Chajang)

< Job Description>
1.        Advisory Service: Participate in due diligence and financial integration activities associated with the company’s acquisitions and divestitures.
2.        Equity financial structuring & Developed capital structure
3.        Perform background research on target companies.

< Qualification>
1. B.A (B.S) degree / M.B.A. preferred
2. Solid previous work experience
(min. of 3 years in management consulting/investment banking experience preferred)
3. Fluent in English

Salary: Negotiable
Working Location: Seoul, Korea
