자사는 현재 외국계 소비재 회사의  Business Analsyt 포지션을 진행 중에 있으며, 마케팅 분야의 Business Analyst의 업무로, global 프로젝트 진행을 위하여 영어사용이 원활하신 분을 찾고 계시며, 회사는 제조라인 까지 하셔서 총 1000명의 임직원이 있으며, 같은 BA 업무 담당자들은 동 레벨로 4분정도 있습니다.

IT Business Analyst (과장 ~ 차장급)

업무사항
Good understanding of the business processes and business applications that support the markets
Build and maintain successful and effective relationships within the company business, IS community and with our service delivery partners
Strong Service Level management skills
Management of local and central Partners to support Infrastructure and Applications – project and service delivery.
Ensure agreed service levels and KPI’s are consistently delivered
Support the development of robust processes, procedures and governance.

자격요건
University degree in Computer Science or Business related field is preferred but not required.
At least 5 years of experiences on relevant area in FMCG Company or Manufacturing Company.
Knowledge & experiences on Marketing, Sales & Distribution, SAP, ERP and supply chain related system are preferred.
Experiences on logical modeling, process modeling, business re-engineering are required.
Strong analytical skill is required.
Strong interpersonal skill, influencing skill, and conflict management skill are required.
Project management skill is highly required to deliver the activities on time.
