JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Customer Care Specialist
(prefer Assistant Manager Level)
Department: Customer Care

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for day to day
Community & Communication properties support and
abuse related issues and will also be taking a
liaison role for privacy issues .

Primary Responsibilities:
¡¤ Primary contact with Community & Communication
properties. Facilitate regular communication with
properties to ensure key performance indicators are
achieved and maintained
¡¤ Work with Production, Engineering and Legal teams
to ensure accurate and timely communications regarding
new launches, redesigns, launches, or changes to the
Yahoo! property or project assigned to
¡¤ Work closely with Legal team to comply with
requests from government and authorities concerned
¡¤ Assist customer care production through monitoring,
feedback, resource planning, staffing, and all other
methods to achieve and/or exceed metrics
¡¤ Monitor property/project activity (volumes, key
performance indicators/metrics, corrective action reporting,
performance plans, trends, client/project content changes, etc.
¡¤ Continually work with functional owners to identify
and implement improvements.
¡¤ Supplier management of both internal/external which
are specific to the property/project
¡¤ Develop accurate customer care forecasts for
properties/projects as needed.
¡¤ Coordinate the resources within Customer Care to
ensure achievement of metrics and timeframes of projects

Qualifications and Skills:
¡¤ Minimum of 3 years in customer care works in internet portals
¡¤ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
Korean and English to effectively communicate with customers and
various departments and levels within Yahoo!
¡¤ Analytical skills to interpret marketing, systems, and
other technical information and form conclusions and/or recommendations
¡¤ Experience with computer systems: MS Office required
¡¤ BA Degree required
