1. Responsibilities:
- Creating joint development, training, and marketing programs for partners
- Establishing joint sales and reference account plans for partners
- Establishing the company's Solution Centers for partners
- Providing benchmarking, system tuning, pre-sales sizing and configuration, and networking services
- Integrating and validating software product and applications from third party software vendors
2. Requirements:
- MBA from a top business school, with one to five years experience a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, including ability to overcome obstacles to achieve results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality results
- Ability and initiative to undertake individual projects, as well as work on teams
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to lead cross-functional teams
