Job Title: Accountant
¢Â Responsibilities
1.         General Ledger, A/P and A/R
2.        Inventory Management and Cost Accounting
3.        Month and Year End closing
4.        Financial Statement preparation / analysis
        
¢Â Qualifications
1.  Education: University degree in Business Administration or Accounting (Preferred)
2.  Work Experience: More than 3-year experience in the accountancy environment of accounting firm or multi-national companies
3.   AICPA Preferred
4.  Profile :
1)  Proactive, self-motivated and self-reliant person
2)  Committed to achieve team goals
3)  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
4)  Good interpersonal skills
5)  Skilled person with experience of staff management with ability to lead, motivate

Job Title: Office Manager
¢Â Responsibilities
1.  Office Management: Manage inventory of office supplies, marketing materials and business equipment. Identify ways to    
     keep the firm operating efficiently.    
2.  Client Service and Professionalism: Answer phones and maintain high standards of timely and detailed response to client needs.  Exercise confidentiality and discretion in handling all issues and client relations.  Represent JH Group in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

¢Â Qualifications
1.        Bachelor¡¯s Degree (or equivalent work experience); with 3+ years applicable office experience
2.        Solid knowledge MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
3.        Ability to work with minimal supervision – a self-starter
4.        Accepts responsibility & accountability for role and own actions
5.        Understands urgent and important prioritization
6.        Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization
7.        Flexible work schedule (able to work extra hours if necessary)
8.        Proactive approach to office organization and problem solving

Job Title: Project Manager
¢Â Responsibilities
1.  Manages and leads a project team through the entire construction process from project inception to final completion.

¢Â Qualifications
1.  Work Experience: 5 years of construction experience as a Project Manger.
2.  Highly motivated and computer literate including CAD
3.  Strong understanding in all areas of the construction process

Job Title: Graphic Designer / Web Designer
¢Â Responsibilities
1.        Creates and maintains graphical elements for web site, including logos, banners, buttons, etc.
2.        Creates and maintains graphics used to support print and web-based content including bar charts, schematics, graphs, etc.
3.        Designs and implements Flash tools used to enhance content.
4.        Designs and implements advertising banners for programs in Flash.
5.        Layouts and graphics for print deliverables as needed.
6.        Documents design specifications and branding guidelines.

¢Â Qualifications
1.        3+ years design and production experience
2.        Skill in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash), QuarkXPress, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), and HTML on a PC/Windows platform.
3.        Strong background in graphic web design.
4.        Proven creative ability as demonstrated by past web design projects.
5.        Proven collaborative success working with a team.
6.        Experience and knowledge with back end development tools (ASP, Flash Action Script, SQL - Import/Export, DHTML).
7.        Associates or Bachelors Degree in Design or related field.
8.        Ability to learn quickly; positive attitude; attention to detail.
9.        Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage time.

Job Title: Interior Design Assistant
¢Â Responsibilities
1.        Provides design services to customers, including site and inventory verifications, programming, typical development, color boards, installation drawings and specifications
2.        Analyzing and assessing office furniture use and needs
3.        Developing/executing space plans, product application drawings, specifications and installation plans in AutoCAD/CAP software
4.        Maintains the interior design work area in a neat, organized manner.

¢Â Qualifications
1.        Associates or Bachelors Degree in Interior Design required.
2.        AutoCAD and PC (MS Office preferred) skills required.
3.        1+ years of experience in furniture/office/space planning with AutoCAD/CAP
4.        Ability to quickly assess customer needs and develop product strategies/solutions
5.        Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond in a positive and professional, helpful manner to vendors, manufacturers, and other associates at all levels.
