- Design, implement, and maintain Korea Talent Management (Executive Leadership Development, Middle Manager development)
- Assess employees development needs and implement the development plans
- Own New Hire Orientation and assimilation process
- Prepare and facilitate Company workshop for all levels
- Maintain and track RMDP (Regional Management Development Program) and NMP (New Manager Program) of Corporation

ÀÚ°Ý »çÇ×
- Bachelor degree in related field (Business Administration, Industrial Education, Psychology, etc)
- 7~10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in HRD (Korean title: Kwajang above to Chajang)
- Fluent English in verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
- Focused, disciplined and highly organized
- Possess leadership qualities and passion for HR
- Well-versed in best practices and principles of training and development
- Experienced in planning, organizing, supporting and facilitating a broad range of training programs and activities
