< Qualifications/Experience Required>
- Minimum 3 ~ 5 years in marketing and/or sales in multinational consumer company
- Successful project management experience
- Strong brand building skills
- Proficiency in insight usage
- Experience in innovation - new product development
-Proven supplier mgmt skills -ad, promotion & research agencies - Knowledge of distribution
- Fluent in Korean & English
- Background/degree in marketing, business, economics preferred.
- MBA degree would be an added advantage
< Key Accountabilities>
- Report to Marketing Head or Gr. Brand Manager
- Develop and implement the annual brand plans to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.
- Provide a brand vision of the market environment through research as a basis on which to set marketing and corporate strategies.
- Align the brand activity to ensure that it is in line with brand strategy and corporate guidelines
- Improve brand profitability through control and justification of brand marketing spends.
- Build relations with external agencies to ensure first class service levels and products to agreed budgets are received.
-Champion innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage.
-Consistently communicate the marketing vision throughout the business to ensure clarity of purpose and work effectively with all departments to ensure it is achieved.
-Communicate and ensure application of best practice in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
