**Summary of Assignment
-Communicate with relevant functions and recruiting agencies for recruitment (Sales Representatives / Branch Administrators / etc). To ensure the hiring effectiveness in quality candidates and timing, give clear guidelines and instructions for candidate qualifications, interview scheduling, and decision making.
-Support Talent Management Manager for assessing and evaluating employees using various assessment tools (PI / AOP / DiSC / PDI / ETC.). Update Talent Management Database on regular basis to accurately maintain talent pipeline.  
-Manage headcount through SAP HR database which include personnel data for all JTI Korea employees and also, maintain Master Incumbent Excel data which include employee's basic data as well as employment history(transfer, promotion, assessments, trainings, etc)
-Maintain contract employees including agency workers through follow-up on interviews for Extension of Contract / Contract Change to Permanent. Once candidates are identified, work closely and follow up with HR DIR / OPR DIR / RM / BM for scheduling / interview / final decision making. Upon final decision, prepare necessary documentations and get final approval from HR DIR.
-Support Talent Management Manager for planning, executing, and evaluating training & development programs such as E-Learning, Distance Learning, and Off-Line Trainings. Coordinate with Training academies throughout the sessions for registration, participating status, and completion reports.  
-Support Talent Management Manager for all Dialogue process follow-up. Participate in the analysis of overall PA result and maintain the data in SAP. Also, support end-users in case technical issues arise in HR Portal / Dialogue.

**Qualifications
-University degree in Business administration or relevant field.  MBA degree an asset.
-Good interpersonal skill
-Communication skill both in Korean and English
-Proficiency in MS Office applications
-Good time management skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
-Basic knowledge on HR related practices
-Positive and proactive attitude  
-Adoptability and Cross Cultural Understanding
