Job Duties:  
- Research the corporate culture scientifically and theoretically
- Research ways to develop the corporate culture and analyze examples of the successful corporate superior cases
- Upgrade the corporate business management system and study the system systematically
- Study the corporate business philosophy and its culture to apply in running the management
- Execute joint research planning and transfer the corporate culture philosophy with the corporate affiliates and play a leadership role
- Research corporate business management system and globalization for corporate culture
