- Project Manager - Real Estate Development Executive Level
- Main role: Managing real estate development projects and overseeing maintenance of real estate development.  The position involves all phases of whole development project management assignments including Theme Park Development Project.  

■ Requirements
- Bachelor or Higher degree holder in Real Estate Development or related field preferred.  
- Real Estate Development work experience required.  If he/she has project management experience in Theme Park Development Project, it is a plus.  
- Demonstrated understanding of real estate economics and financial feasibility
- Experience/Training in the design/construction of buildings a plus but not necessarily essential
- Experience in working in collaborative and unstructured teams, and managing/leading those teams
- Minimum 10 years working in real estate
- Fluent Korean and English competency in presentation, discussion and documentation.  
- Intelligence, enthusiasm, good humor and willingness to do the work, not just delegate
- Preferred someone eligible to relocate to Korea
