Position 1. Strategy Planning of AC HQ / Biz. Job Strategy, Consulting
*Description
- Lead strategy development and annual strategy planning process
- Manage portfolio
- Business development / M&A
- Manage strategic initiatives
. Identify, develop and manage strategic initiative pipeline
. Lead/Support problem solving for strategic initiative projects (TFT)

*Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years experience with a top tier strategy consulting firm and/or strategy planning in a global company. Experience in both is a strong plus.
- Global experience required. Experience and ability to work within Asian context is a plus.
- An MBA (or other relevant graduate degree) from a top-tier university is a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills demonstrated with relevant projects in consulting or previous job experience strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse functions, people from different organizations,and manage various stakeholders

Position 2. Marketing Strategy
*Description
- Global marketing/brand strategy development
. B2B, B2C Marketing Strategy planning
. New business launching strategy planning
- Cross-country/region marketing initiatives in coordination with regional and country HQs
- Inside consulting projects to ensure success of regional or country-specific marketing initiatives
- Market watch and risk identification to enable the company take timely reactions
- PR for new product launch in overseas market & Develop PR material
- Key work scope: strategy planning, new product introduction, channel strategy, partner management, etc.

*Qualifications & Requirements
- Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong analytical skills required
- Proven track record and evidence of successful/innovative marketing strategies and communication.
Marketing experience with top global companies is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and interpersonal skill-set that facilitate effective collaboration
among multiple levels of individuals and organizations within one BU and across BUs
- Experience of managing multiple projects and delivering the agreed goals
. University Graduate or above, MBA preferred
. Minimum 5+ years of combined experience or equivalent in marketing/sales area
. Consulting experience preferred
. No barrier for overseas business trips
. Fluency in both English and Korean is a minimum requirement

3.Vertical Business Development / Vertical Expert
*Description
- Support customer engagements & develop value propositions for key vertical customers
- Support value-based sales (pre-sales ~ closing)
- Develop vertical market IP
. Support vertical market solution development
. Acquire and maintain vertical market intelligence
. Educate sales and sales support teams
- Solution selling capability development
. Support solution selling efforts by leveraging industry knowledge and know-how
. Coordinate best practice sharing

*Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with building design, or real estate development
- Experience in office/commercial building experience a plus
- Global experience and fluency in English or another language (Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are required
- Knowledge & experience in B2B business processes and sales process is a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills demonstrated with relevant projects in consulting or previous job experience
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse functions, people from different organizations, and manage various stakeholders.
