Function and Roles

Corporate Strategy :
-Analyze the emerging business opportunity/issues at company level
-Develop company-wide growth strategies with business assumptions
-Develop analytic and strategic framework for QxR planning
-Set priorities for investments at company level

Project Management:
-Act as project leaders for company’s various strategic initiatives
-Initiate and develop company-wide strategic projects; devise implementation plans
-Lead cross functional resources for development and execution of projects

Operational Excellence:
-Act as a regional clean business operations manager and involve various clean operational
Issues proactively and provide optimal solution on time
-Manage/Implement company-wide marketing communication initiative including press release,
Ads and making collateral material


Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Economics, or engineering
-MBA holder from top tier universities will be preferred
-Outstanding strategic and analytical mindset
-전자, High Tech 산업, 반도체 회사 연관 경험자 Preferred
-Strong leadership capability to execute projects & project management experience
-Extraordinary interpersonal skills and business acumen
-Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) for global communications
