- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and strategies consistent with the goals of the country. Prioritizes markets, develops existing and new business to meet objectives
- Develops and manages global/regional product launches: Manages advertising, public relations, sports marketing, image design/collateral, event promotions, internet marketing activities and retail resources elements in support of seasonal new launches
- Directs the allocation of resources and budgets to effectively ensure cross-divisional execution of brand priorities that are locally relevant

- Manage the growth and development of Equipment team members, Provide leadership By establishing tangible qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Manage the business by maximizing profit, margin and revenue while agressively controlling inventory (proper level of product purchase)

- Execute business integration process, manage sell-in process effectively, develop distribution strategies and then execute, inventory management etc in Footwear sakes.
- Strengthen existing channels and develop non-traditional channel to grow the future business. Develop appropriate sales policies/programs, communicate to customers, internal groups and execute such policies for short, mid and long-term growth of NSK business.
- Manage accounts for competitive advantage & better sell-through through exciting retail merchandising and service excellence at retail. Resolve conflicts and issues that are arising out of change in economic outlook and addition of new accounts.
