Develop appropriate sales policies/programs, communicate to customers, internal groups and execute such policies for short, mid and long-term growth of NSK business. - Manage accounts for competitive advantage & better sell-through through exciting retail merchandising and service excellence at retail. Resolve conflicts and issues that are arising out of change in economic outlook and addition of new accounts.
